Project: Find The Next Major Need
for National Security (continued)

Through extensive research of IT attacks, security systems, critical infrastructure and government agencies, it became clear the true threat was not that of the common hacker, but rather an emerging breed of technology-enabled terrorists.

In developing a body of proof, technical and non-technical analysis, and explanations of the clear and present danger, we coined the term "CyberTerrorism."

We became the true subject matter experts in this new field of study, presenting and training everyone from industry to the Department of the Treasury to the military to the Office of the President. Action was taken by both the IT industry and its government and private sector customers.

This was one of our most exciting "deeply embedded" projects, taking on full responsibility for the research of emerging needs, educating the public and private sectors, and finding solutions. To us, this is an excellent example of creating benefit for all.
